I just want to thank you for the excellent work that your company performed when replacing the furnaces and evaporator coils at our house on Friday September 25. Eddie and Ski (Skee - not sure of the exact spelling) arrived at my house around 8:30am and promptly began working and worked continuously until everything was complete. I would also like to point out that they were very respectful of our property and took great care to ensure that nothing was damaged in any way and answered every question I had regarding the process.
Furthermore, everyone I've dealt with at Total Comfort (yourself, Carlos, Chuck, Terry - service guy, the ladies that answer the phone etc...) has been very pleasant and accommodating to make sure everything goes right. We were actually dreading having this work done and Total Comfort made it a relatively pain-free experience.
I'll be sure to refer friends, family and co-workers to Total Comfort and we'll be seeing you when we replace the condensers this Spring.

Dear David and Chuck,
Please find the attached survey left at our house after the installation was done. We are very pleased with the workmanship and improvement made with this new forced air heater. Our bedrooms are now warm from our arrival and startup of the heater, whereas before it seem to take a good full day to warm up the bedrooms which were always cooler than the rest of the house.
Chuck knew how to fix the problem, did the repairs and did the complete installation by himself, did an excellent job and left a very favorable impression of your company. Thank you for being so prompt, doing a bang-up job and surpassing our expectations. I would certainly call you again.

Chuck Freeley was excellent when I met him to discuss the replacement of the heater. The installation was done right and the unit worked better than expected. He did a great job.

Recently I was in the market for a new AC & Heating system, after several hard weeks of research I compared many different offers and Total Comfort Inc. attracted me more than any other company.
After meeting with David the President of Total Comfort Inc I was so impressed with how much time he spent with me, showing me all of my options and paying attention to all my questions and suggestions. He was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, easy to communicate with and showed understanding that families have to operate on a budget to sustain a decent lifestyle. David's estimate was within my set budget.
On the installation day everything was exactly as promised! David's team (Eddy and Alex) showed up on time, worked excellent and went extra miles to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. All the time they were diligent in their work ethics as the job was completed without breaks or interruption. They treated my home as if it was their very own. When there was an issue with the thermostat on the very next day, Chuck, manager of Total Comfort Inc showed up with his top technician Chris to replace a malfunctioning thermostat. I appreciated the team taking
the time to explain to me the questions I asked and did not make me feel that any question was less than important.
Great job, great company and great ownership with high integrity. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, value-for-money installation service.
